With the best friend thing. My 2 best friends are girls but they both are dating friends of mine and have for multiple year. I knew the guys first but I just talk to the girls more. One of them are married and the other one is dating and having a baby to the guy she's dating and has for 3 years now. So depending on the friendship I see no problem with it as long as the person is upfront about the friendship by basically saying "look I have 2 best friends and they are both girls, I tell them basically everything that goes on in my life. They are dating/married to my other friends. There hasn't been nor would there ever be a thing between me and them. I just wanted to let you know before a relationship starts between us that they will always be in my life strictly as friends nothing more"
