Damn, this mix made me forget fear for me to admit to my mother that I smoke marijuana. Now before some of you start picking my brains for my parents for not being accepting parents the way they should be. This weed culture is something the older parents are familiar with. Most never tried it. They just know its illegal and it has the name drug meaning addictive meaning lost cause. But that’s not the meaning of drug. The term drug is given to substances that influence a consumers mindset and mood. There are levels of strength and the higher ones are ones you can’t control your body or mind like heroine. Weed is ranked the least strong drug. The softest relaxer of all drugs. Even sleeping pills are higher on the list of strength of infuence in relaxing the mind. Weed relaxes the mind but to a point you can still talk and walk and live your life like you would without smoking it. You can’t do that with stronger drugs like heroin and stuff because its so strong that your mind shuts down in a sleeping position because all the energy your body has is being used in the brain. In the imaginity field. ( there is a field in the brain specifically for each thing like emotion, vision, and so forth. So these strong drugs make this imagination and hallucination field get so much stimulation ( from the drug substance ) that the other parts don’t work. Its like you have 5 tv’s on and you put 4 of them on volume 1 and you put the fifth tv on volume 100. You will only hear the 5th one. When people take strong drugs like heroin its the same their hallucination and imagination become so loud that all other things are not being felt. Emotions, hunger, pain all those parts become almost shut down in the brain. Did you know that someone who shot up heroin or morfine and is drugged out, you can hit him and he will not wake up. He will choke on his vomit and his body will not sense something is wrong and he needs to take action. Why? Because all brain parts are not active and only imagination is being stimulated. That is how overdoses happen. The brain can’t send signals to the brain on what to do to defend the body from dying. For instance coughing when something is stuck in the throat and blocking the oxygen flow. And im not a neurologists but I know my shit and if you use your common sense you will understand you dont need to be a neurologist. And now the bloody story on how I told my mom! So this is how I confessed to my mother and told her: there is no need to keep it secret. I don’t want there to be a day that you will come across me smoking weed that you will feel sad and dissapointed or worried that your son is “going to doom himself”. I use this to be happier, less fearfull of life (she knows im struggling mentally) . It’s to make me feel safe and not on edge. They don’t know what effects it has, they label it as bad because its illegal. What you don’t know is that its illegal because of 1 reason: it makes the vision a bit weaker so riding a car under weed influence is a danger to roadusers so thats why the government made it illegal. It’s not illegal because it “makes people aggressive and malicious”. It’s just for safety so people dont smoke and start driving vehichles. That’s why a Doctor Psychologist can prescribe to a patient , even in a country where it’s illegal to smoke it. Doctors and psychologists know that it helps a troubled patient. Psychologists have 1 goal: getting a mentally sick person healthy again. They wouldn’t prescribe weed if it was going to make a person addicted to it and destroy their life even more. Think about it for a second. It’s not a drug that will make me spend all I got on it and weed doesn’t have physical effects on the body, like say heroine. if in time I feel I don’t need help from weed to feel happy anymore I can stop immediatly. This is beautiful Wish I could share such a honest experience with my fam but my living situation would become compromised because of the family not understanding these complex issues, I have heard actual judges say it shouldn't be illegal and its ridiculous that it still is in some places, compared to those in my life who just read the negative campaigns against such things and demonize anyone who comes into contact with it.
