NB: Manitoba is cold, however, one’s body system will adjust to the temperature within few months. Moreover, it’s very affordable to live as a new immigrant compered to other provinces. Wolo, I tried to create EE profile, but I got a message that I might not be eligible as I scored 65/100. I maxed Ielts with 8777 and I have over 6 years experience as an accountant, I have a masters. But when I checked Manitoba pnp eligibility, I scored 95/100 because I have a close relative. What’s your advise?
