I have a Jaguar XF 2.0d 2017 and there is a lot of exhaust smoke when I fill the tank and also when I open the oil cap and the oil dipstick the smoke comes out in large quantities

It sounds like your Jaguar XF might have excessive blow-by caused by worn piston rings or a blocked crankcase ventilation system. I recommend getting a compression test and inspecting the PCV system to pinpoint the issue.
