- A very trying yet successful attempt at installing Trijicon sights on my new Beretta PX 4 Storm Compact. The gun has also undergone a grip change and I installed a competition trigger and hammer and changed out the hammer strut spring to the 11 lbs "D" Model.

The trick is to tap the side of the black part with a small ball peen hammer between turns of the wheel
I can’t imagine how many people go at this with a screwdriver and hammer.
good sir you tell no lie I am doing mine right now and have the same tool I had to put the tool in a vise and tighten tool my hand as much as i could then took brass punch and armor hammer and wacked the punch and it broke loose buy let me tell you hardest sights I have ever swapped even more so the Springfield
Yep
the front came off for me but the rear was not coming off. gotta try tapping it with a hammer
Did the original rear sight have a set screw in the center . I have a compact and a full size and they both seem to have one .
Mine did not.
@@TheVictoroftheDIY Thank You

Does anyone know a shop that will cut these for red dots? Can't find one...
Langdon tactical. Not sure what the wait time is
My px4 has a combat sight picture alignment. Its the nicest gun i barely shoot. Hope your new sights are center hold.
Pretty much as best I can tell.
Saludos necesito de tu ayuda tengo una berreta px4 compacty las miras que e. Comprado queda un espacios en la mira del frente cual me recomiendas te lo voy a gradecer
They are Trijicon night sights for the Beretta P4 compact. You must specify “compact” or they will not fit properly.
@@TheVictoroftheDIY gracias
@@kenniecarvazquez4353 De nada.
Hey man, I’m trying the same thing right now. Just trying to push my front side to the left a little bit and leave it. I’m using the Chinese version of the Willer, which could be the same thing starts with a V evolver or something like that anyway, I used painters tape an index cards a lot. I have pretty good luck with that and regular vices and punches
No metal underneath hardly
Thanks for the video, only wish the Wheeler tool wasn't so expensive.
You have too use some Gun Lube sir!
wish you had better lighting.. it's really hard to see what you are doing.
Working on that, thanks for the feedback.
I didn’t go far enough… lighting got much better towards the middle. Sorry about that critique!
At the 9:30 mark your working on the front sight. Did you notice a slight canting of the slide in the pusher? I have noticed this and I don’t seem to be able to get my slide 100% locked down to prevent that. It’s basically canting up on the side the pressure is coming from.
@@OGStr8UpJack You might want to try a spacer made of folded Duct tape as a spacer to bolster the mechanism on top of the slide to add more force down.
@@TheVictoroftheDIY thanks… I stopped trying on the rear sight and went to the front sight. It came right out. I purchased the Ameriglo Sights on LTT website si it was really the front sight I wanted changed. I left the factory rear in because I don’t think I would like the blacked out version… maybe it was for the best I had difficulty with the rear.
