The Island of Chuuk and the Blue Lagoon Resort

After travelling from the UK for three days, I’ve landed on Chuuk to start a diving holiday.
This is a video of the some of the island and the Blue Lagoon Resort before I took a boat in the rain to the live aboard boat to the M/V Odyssey.

Curious, did you have a lot of tech divers in your group? I'm coming to the same resort , I assume the same live aboard end of Jan 2024. only 2 days of flying for me from the Midwest USA.

Hi, there were a few people in the group that were tech divers and the boat will cater for anyone who wants to go tech diving. Just tell them before you go. You obviously have to be tech qualified if you want to dive the San Francisco Maru. However, almost all the wrecks you will be diving on are within recreational limits so tech diving isn’t needed. Most people dived on singles or sides but everyone used nitrox. Enjoy your trip and tell me how you got on.
