This is for the new edition. They are sending about 1000 copies of this edition to libraries now for the upcoming National Gaming Day @ your Library, so I wanted to do an update of how to use the new components. There are a few rules tweaks.
I bought this games a few years ago (Party version). The conceipt and rules are great, however we played it once and haven't played it again. The reason is this is so 'Americanised'. In other words a large percentage of questions are Imperial (Inches, Feet, Miles, calories, ounce, pound, gallon's, etc etc). We here in New Zealand (As well of many other countries went metric in the early 1970's). The questions are passable for the older folks, but for the younger generation, they have no idea. There are many other 'American' questions. Billboard pop charts, US City questions etc etc. I haven't googled yet, but maybe there are other versions, however it's too late when I've already forked out big money for the version I now have.
yes i should have watched it afore tyoing really, i like teh modifications and as abonus they are easy to implement to the orignal vesrion which i have
This game works great for teaching English (ESL / EFL). Highly recommended! If you're interested, you can find some classroom handouts and useful phrases for students at: www.teflgamer.com/wits-and-wagers/
My left ear enjoyed this review.
This video is very well done. Now I want to get this game!
This is one of the few trivia games I actually like.

Right. The betting plays out a little differently, so I wanted to update the video for the new version.
Nice quick explanation, thanks!
Scott just waned say thanks for the years of good reviews and laughs, have never got around to saying that . So there you go.
Cheers!
@nsn73 Yup, Wits & Wagers Family. Simpler game, all around.
What's the difference between this one & the party edition?
I think the audio is coming out of only one side. Check to make sure you have left and right running on your speakers.
Very nice review Scott.
My sound is only coming out of the left. Is this my problem, or is your recording only on one channel?

one of the best drinking games!
I meant "wanted," so I can't spell, medicine never required spelling and hey my hand writing was bad before I started.
Something really went wrong with the sound on this video.
It is so faint I can't hear it.
