one thing that really helped me in movement is to turn off auto sprint and make the sprint button r and change ur crouch to a more easily accessible button like a side mouse button. (change ur reload to some other button)
No when you hold v that when ur mic is unmute and as soon as you let go of it mic stops it's a good way to communicate only when u have non impulsive thing to say.. But you can always just put to always on in Settings if u like to
