Brother; I have a 18 inch kukuri 440 hard steel since 2007..! And to this day it is a firewood chopping, and outdoors, no ammo need camp tool for real outdoors! From here in the hills of Montana, you have a very beautiful blade sirs.

I have the 4034 Gurkha and love it! Awesome knife for sure, yeah I would love to have the 3V but at $611 that’s not gonna be anytime soon lol
It's pricey. But the 4034 version is about all anybody needs.
The v3 kukri is like 500 on the HQ blade site right now

Hi Mr Slash . That is impressive but how will it compare when they come out with the 6160 and 7075 versions?? Meanwhile , I love my Range Boss that I have been edc'ing for over a year now and the edge is still astounding and the stone wash looks ravishing . Thanks
6160 ? I've heard of 6150 but it's more for Axes or swords i thought ?

If you go back and watch Jimi Slash's 4034ss Tested video " Don't listen to You Tubers " someone in the video comments suggests that 4034ss might as well be aluminum . I have used sarcasm to continue to poke fun at that , 6160 and 7075 are aluminum . . .Sarcasm Sarcasm Sarcasm .
I remember having one ages ago.. and I paid $175 on eBay.. now I am lucky to see them under 3/400.. fuckin silly… prices on everything r so ridiculous.. but then.. they have some that are very affordable like the srk and recon scout

I don't think they are but, I wouldn't worry about it from a reputable maker. CS doesn't have a reputation for making weak blades.
But for the price of these personally, I'll be sticking to Kailash blades for my khukuri.
I don't think so. But I'd bet it's never been an issue. It's very well made.
