You are correct madam.Police used to misbehave to common man who goes to the police station to lodge a complain.
ବିଜେପି ସରକାର୍ ଓଡ଼ିଶା କୁ ଶାସନ କଲା ଭଳି ଲାଗୁନାହିଁ । ନେତା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ତ ଦିଇ ପ୍ରକାର କଥା କହୁଛନ୍ତି ପୋଲିସ ବି ଦିଇ ପ୍ରକାର କାମ କରିବ ।
1)Give proper training to lower level police officials how to behave properly and give respect to the people who are coming to police station to lodge a complain.
2) Punish heavily that is suspension, dismiss, demotion etc when a lower level police misbehave to a complainant.
3) Periodical inspection of CCTV cameras and police behaviour in each and every police station is necessary.
4) When a child is provided with guns,weapons and not trained and controlled by his/her parents, definitely he/she will misutilise it.This is happening in our country in police department.
So lower level police officials should be given training and punishment if not follow the instructions of supreme court or any guide lines.
Then only police third grade inhumans can be rectified and police will become people friendly.
