At the same time, Obito's dying wish was for Kakashi to protect Rin and he failed at that. So he's been living with that chip on his shoulder for years. And now, not only is he facing his best friend whom he believed to be dead, he's feeling unbearable guilt and shame because he feels like he failed him. Obito gave his life and his left eye to Kakashi and all Obito wanted was for Kakashi to protect Rin and Kakashi couldn't do it. Kakashi masked his pain, guilt, and unresolved feelings for years, shouldering all of it and kept moving forward like a good shinobi. And now he's literally facing the source of all of it. Give him a break. And Naruto is not affected because he literally has no attachment to either of these people. So, of course, he's just going to keep fighting. I have a theory that there was a love triangle between the three. Rin loved Kakashi, Obito loved Rin, and Kakashi loved Obito. That's why Obito's death was so traumatic and that's why Kakashi never got over it and never fell in love with anyone.
