is it possible for double side printing
You can print double sided Only with computer manually as you need to turn the paper manually
Vinnel (Hello), I'm getting this error "cartridge or account issue", i just set up the printer. The cartridges are fine, followed all instructions and now this, cannot even print a test page please please help
Is the cartridge you are using genuine ink cartridges or compatible one? If your printer is turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer. Keep the power plug unplugged for 60 seconds, reconnect the power cord to the wall, and turn on the printer. If the error persists, remove the cartridge from the printer, clean the cartridge contacts with a cloth, and reinstall the cartridges
