I remember the first time I played on a server with my friends. We had an island in the middle of a jungle river that we set up a village with Bamboo as a perimeter guard to prevent monsters from swimming in. We had to have had about 15 Golems spawn in and had no idea why. That was almost two Golems per Villager! The Smithy looks soooo good!
I like the idea of splitting villagers into themed buildings rather than having all of them in the same trading hall. Sometimes a little less convenient can really elevate a theme you are going with. Was wondering if you want to install a crafter with some basic redstone to compact iron ingots into blocks, it's 1.21 after all and the redstone should easily fit under the iron farm - could even compost the poppies if you already filter the items to feed into a crafter. It's gonna look better without a ton of chests because it will quickly fill up always being loaded. As for the Charm enchantments, it sadly seems like you cannot roll them on villagers currently. We didn't even notice that breaking in the beta builds but a bunch of stuff changed with enchantments in 1.21 so I am not too surprised. I reached out to the person who forked the project but have no response yet. I know it's a lame workaround but since you can re-roll anyways you could just settle on sacrificing some books and emeralds - maybe some treasure enchantment on a book - and spawn them in for now. Obviously I really dislike things not being functional but that's the curse of so many updates to minecraft recently that keep breaking stuff, but ultimately it's the beta state the mod is currently in. Not sure about them spawning in chests either, something seems to be wrong. Either way I am sure you will find a good compromise to deal with it, looking forward to more episodes!
Was actually thinking about using the new Crafter coming up here soon for a Bee Farm so that I wouldn't have to worry about refreshing the glass bottles. As for the chest where ever iron / poppies go, I've got plans to increase that so that I don't need a ton of chests :) Totally understand that bugs happen. Its the nature of development. Thanks for reaching out and doing what you can to try and resolve the issue. I had thought about spawning them in, I might eventually decide upon that, but we'll see :) Thanks again for everything! Glad you're enjoying the series!
Making your villagers work extra hard dragging all the raw material around the whole building LOL.
You realize just how much they carry around at all times? It’s crazy. Villagers are BUFF! 🤣
I can’t watch this any longer, you making me more jealous of your building skills each episode 😂.
