Hey guys, great episode! Just one point of contention for me: why are you guys relying on Myers Briggs personality test data? MBTI is a bogus "test" and has been debunked thoroughly. Or did you just refer to it simply as a source for a common checklist people go through to identify themselves as extrovert or introvert? What irks me a little about refering to these personality tests is that it reinforces the idea that they are legitimate even though their foundation is bad science. People buy into them because colleges and HR departments insist on their accuracy and importance.
