Yo-kai Watch is a Japanese mixed-media franchise of Japanese role-playing video games and toys, created and developed by Level-5. The basic plot for most of the media is that the main character (either Nate or Katie) obtains a Yo-kai Watch through Whisper, a butler Yo-kai. They then befriend Jibanyan, a cat Yo-kai who haunts an intersection because he thinks his owner from when he was alive named Amy called him lame for getting hit by a truck.

Yokai Watch in my opinion was one of the best games I’ve played on the 3DS and its really crazy to see it turn into an FNF Mod, this really brought back some memories…

Yo-kai is such a freaking great series. Surprisingly I was introduced to it with the show series (I watched on Netflix) and fell in love with it. The love for it has lessened since then, but I still acknowledge how good it is. Also games are good. Idk what else to say. This is a great mod.

It’s actually fitting that Jibanyan just suddenly is Shogunyan because that’s exactly how it is in the anime. Jibanyan walks in Nate’s closet, and suddenly Shogunyan walks out. It’s freaking hilarious.

I never expected a Yo-kai Watch mod to be made. I really loved the games and what I have of the anime. I also really like the reference of the battle music in Jibanyan's second song. I'm definitely looking forward to future updates!
I like this mod. I can't say I have nostalgia due to me still playing the games but with a few tweeks and fixes this could be a very nice mod! Congrats on beating it, CommunityGame.

And in my opinion, Yo-Kai watch is such a underrated game/show. I think Pokémon overshadowed it due to both show’s/game’s very similar concept

This is such a good mod and for a demo it has a lot of effort and time into it. The best thing about it that it’s really nostalgic.

YES YES YES YES, I love Yokai Watch!!! I love that Whisper now joins BF and GF on their journey. And BF has a Yokai watch, that's such a great detail.
Whisper is one of my favorite fictional characters, period!! The music is great, the humor is great, and the sprite work looks incredible.
I hope they all appear in covers, and we get to see more yokai in the future!

Ah the nostalgia hits hard! When I was struggling on that one boss in Yo-Kai Watch 2 where she steals your levels and everything and yet her theme was amazing. I have to mention the OST is one of the best things of the games

I am so happy that someone has made a mod for yo kai watch. This shows there are dedicated fans that pay homage and respect to yo kai watch. I hope Nate Adams from the anime will make an appearance and have a rap battle with Boyfriend and becomes a playable character after you beat him and Katie will appear as well and maybe sit on the speaker when you play as Nate.

I'd personally like to see Sgt. Burly, McKracken, or a week based on Terror time and/or Zombie Night
Since Burly would probably have his work out song and some variation of Gera Gera Po, and McKracken just has banger themes, and the third idea would just be pretty cool

The first Song of Komasan gave me the most nostalgia for some reason. I played every available Game if the Series, even tho it wont, i still hope that at least YoKaiWatch 4 will somehow release.
The only thing that scared me back then was Gargaros (the red oni guy) idk, but for me he and his terrortime were horrorfying for me 5 years ago.
