As far as the African metal scene goes, you are right on it being very underrated.
The biggest rock/metal bands on the African continent mostly come from South Africa 🇿🇦
With that being said, I would highly recommend checking out the song Sleep Escape by Deity’s Muse from Johannesburg, South Africa🤘🏼🔥
