Just want to put in a thank you for this. I ended up writing down notes on what icon was selected when to set up an autocross course. Lots of back and forth on viewing the video but I am pretty sure I have it now. This is the only source for trying to figure this out, the instructions on the web site leave a little to be desired.
Mark Turner - when in doubt, if you’re at an autocross and don’t have the track set up, you can just push START. It will record all movement. Then later you can set a start and finish trap by creating a new track.
Very helpful. So what happens after “ready to start your run” at the very end? If youre using the iPhone for video too, do you have to start the camera, then hit “start” somewhere on the app? What exactly do you do right before the run? Thanks!
At the completion of this video, you are ready to run. If you want to record video, there is a camera icon at the bottom left where you can start/stop video, and that’s manual. The data however will be recording until you exit the session and will automatically recognize the start and finish lines you set up.
You pushed “start” twice at the starting line? Looks like the button depresses at 3 secs, then again at 7 secs. Does the first turn the app on and the second one establishes the starting line?

@@ckrampertracing ...Thanks. Does the app then “know” to associate the already recorded data with the new track?
