The more you know the more you grow. ✨ The day we stop learning is the day we stop living both literally and figuratively. Our world and the world wide web are both big open classrooms that are out there just waiting for us to explore and discover every day and every way.💛 Great video 🙌 I love the enthusiasm in this message and I agree 💯 that when we are excited, have a spirit of openness and continue to challenge ourselves the possibilities of what we can learn about ourselves, others and the world around us are infinite.💛

Good comment. Harvard, has lot's of free online courses. Some do cost though. Alison courses has many free ones. When we get out from in front of our phones, and the tv, we can expand in more productive ways.

@@CRegister-tm8fchank you.🫶 I agree there is so much to learn by just getting out there. Every day is a new opportunity to learn and grow, and I wholeheartedly celebrate and embrace that. We can learn so much from each other and our surroundings by exploring, asking questions, keeping an open mind, listening, and respecting each other's insights and opinions. No one knows everything, but everyone knows something, so by taking the time to stop and connect even if it's only for a few moments we can learn something new. That actually is what happened here. I didn't know that Harvard offered free classes online, but now I do thanks to you.💛 Enjoy your day and thanks for sharing. 😊

In 1981 as a teenager in the 11th grade I attended a SUNY Summer School of the Arts program for filmmaking in Buffalo, NY. On the first day our teacher walked into the classroom, dropped his shoulder bag and lesson plans on the desk, grabbed a piece of chalk from the chalk holder, turned to the chalkboard and wrote on it in very large script something we didn’t recognize as GOLD: so ignorant and naive were we even to the point where we would use it in mock imitation of him later. He wrote: “The more you know, the more you don’t know what you know.” Then he tossed the chalk back into the holder and began teaching about the media and art of film. In reflection, he gave us more than all of the rest of the classes combined and it continues to resonate with me, challenge me, humble me, and open me up to learning far more than if I had deluded myself into believing, “I got this. I know what I need to know. I’m good.” Many thanks to you, my uniquely off-beat and avant-garde teacher. If that was my only takeaway then that was a lot!

    Summary -
    1. All successful people have one trait in common, and that is challenging themselves.
    2. People rise at top with charisma, personality etc., but fall down as rapidly because they are not able to adapt to changing world.
    3. Robert Greene's favorite Nicole Machiavelli wrote in his book 'The Prince', "The ultimate prince is someone who can continually adapt, who can continually change the game."
Personal experience - Robert Greene had a lot of pressure after the success of '48 laws of power'. People demanded for part 2 of the book. Many author simply recreate the original ideas in their next book. Then, he wrote 'the Art of Seduction' - A completely different book than previous ones. This kept his audience stick to him. His ability to change granted him success.

"So the average IQ e.g. in the age 5 is 100, and the same in the age 50. The intelligence (ability itself) increases till the age 20-50 (based on the intelligence factor), while after that point it decreases. The highest point differs across people and it also depends on the intelligence factor ("type of intelligence")."
I had a dream about staying in school til I'm 50, maybe this is what it means. I have also been seeing the number "50". Maybe I'll die by 50, who knows? Cuz I was fearing that I'll probably stop learning by 25 because of the article I read, turns out, it's only an area of myself (prefrontal cortex related)
Before 25, I want to focus on feelings and spirituality more. So I got like til 25 to improve my decision-making skills for my prefrontal cortex (I don't know ways I could do so, but I need extra classes for this), my feelings, my psych, behavior, social skills, as for my intelligence (other areas), I got 25 more years. OMG, CAN I BE A SCHOLAR FOREVER TIL 50 or 79, PLEASE

hey Robert how do I deal with not wanting to do anything. I have fantasies of me becoming somebody great, but when reality hits, I just decide its better to do nothing. Another thing I noticed is that I feel like there should be more to life. What after achieving my wanted goals? What after learning information? I don't know what to do. And if I found what to do, I just would want to do it.
If that makes any sense? I'm not suicidal, I just feel very comfortable and don't feel a need to grow, and nothing to push me for it. It's like I have no desires, but I want to be better. It's hard to explain.
Like if I was in your shoes I would see I want to create a new and awesome book, but it's just I don't care or don't want to write. It's like I have desires, I just don't truly care about achieving them, and I don't want to go through the pain to get there.
