Why did he banned Seara instead of Praha in the first rta fight? Seara is no threat, if she can't place her bombs, or does Betta strip with a 100% chance?
But Seara does not help you, if the opponent has a constant immunity buff + he could have tried to lock down Seara with Garos, Mo Longs and Woosas stun/sleep.

I dont think its good idea for garro to to be on Vamp with that LOW hp. If somone attack him his passive will trigger and he wont take dmg because he will be one shoted and Vamp runes are usless... he wont leach health when he is full HP

Everyone who wants to know his vela stats just look at his farmer rune video for may 2017 in the helpful tips playlist. Vela is on his db10 team
And don't forget it's a 30% lead spd for fire but vela has 95 base spd and garo has 107 so he get more spd from leader skill and tower.
