I love ASMR as a "white noise" for me. Even though I don't get tingles the different sounds still give me something to concentrate on. I can't listen to fans or vacuums, those tend to annoy me and I just get irritated with the same going loud noise 😂 I appreciate Frivvi, she's the only ASMRtist I can feel comfortable watching 😥❤
