Boiled iceberg? 🤔 That's what I thought at first until I tasted them!
    Iceberg Lettuce with Galric Sauce
1 head of iceberg, remove the core, cut into 6 wedges
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp chopped ginger
    2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
    1/4 cup veggie broth
    Sesame seeds
    Sesame oil

The Cantonese dish actually uses a whole lot of thinly sliced *shallots,* not garlic or ginger. The sauce includes the fried shallots and its oil with oyster sauce fried in the oil to bring out the wok hey flavor then throw in the boiled lettuce and top with a few dashes of soy sauce.
