frozen dumplings: a little oil to a hot pan, add frozen dumplings, and keep heat medium to toast the wrapper, roll them if you want more toasted wrapper; raise heat if you like before adding a little water and covering to STEAM; remove when you hear the water all steamed out Having cooked the bibigo ones as well, pretty much all dumplings can be cooked like this to keep wrappers intact
One of the reasons I got hooked on this channel besides saving money is because he always seems so happy to show us the deals. Also I like getting glimpses of his family. Cheers

With the way Costco employees treat you lately, I won’t be renewing my membership Not only they harass you going in , now they treat you like a criminal if you don’t show your card with your photo when checking out , even at self checkout 😮 It’s humiliating.
Great vid Matt and the way you selflessly try all that food to give us an honest review is fantastic. As the owner of a Dyson Hairdryer (a Christmas gift from my eldest son 4 yrs ago), I have to say it is the best one I have ever had. It dries quickly, adds volume, has 4 heat settings (important when having a scalp damaged by scalding when a toddler) and a cold air burst if necessary. Mine came with all the tools, cooling mat and handy storage bag. Matt we love you too 😅❤❤👋👋👵🏴
I have that expansive printer paid full price for it back when I thought I could work from home which is of course no longer the case😢 BUT yeah I love the printer it's wireless so all my roommates can print from anywhere and you can even email your print jobs from anywhere in the state. The issue for me is that the ink refills cost as much as the printer AND for my use they don't last that long. So just beware if you don't have your own business to write off these costs.
I have no idea how you manage to keep your presentations so clear while covering so much but I look forward to every Costco reveiw and have purchased some of your "bargain items" that I would have otherwise overlooked. Very valuable and entertaining at the same time. Bravo..
Hi Matt! I would like to suggest refrigerators as a video idea. Regular ones and smaller ones. This is prompted by the fact that my fridge hasn't worked properly in years, can't keep stuff cold enough. I just found out it can't keep my insulin cold enough either! All this time I've been wondering why my A1c has been out of control, even though I'm doing everything right! In speaking with my endocrinologist about this last week, I off-handedly mentioned my fridge. Could be a big part of the problem! So now I find myself motivated to get a new fridge, rather than playing risky food-safety games with my beloved old fridge. So, if you've got advice on where to find a good quality fridge/freezer at a reasonable price, I'd be much obliged. I'm fairly certain I can't afford a regular size, so I may be looking at the smaller, not quite mini size, fridges that I've seen in Sam's and Costco in the past, but wasn't looking then. I don't know if Lowes and Home Depot offer the smaller size ones, or if their prices are competitive. What do you think?

Thank you for all the COSTCO sales that you share. The closest Costco is 125 miles away, therefore I find it very helpful to hear from you before I drive 250 miles for shopping. We have packed a big ice chest and brought home all kinds of meats, cheeses, pizzas and ice cream treats!
That is definitely a day trip! Meanwhile I counted 13 locations within 25 miles of my house! The closest two are about the same distance, just opposite directions, and are about ten miles away.
I watched your video as I was planning to go to Costco today. Decided to try the new roast beef sandwich. OMG…it’s fantastic!!! And very large, so might be a shareable item. It’s also not a heated sandwich. But they do make it fresh while you wait, and it’s truly yummy. Thanks for all your great videos!!!
Thanks for your review. I had to scroll down a bit to find it. I assumed this would be a hot sandwich. I used to get a slice of pizza on my Costco runs, but now the dough is like cardboard. I'll probably try try the sandwich next time.
They also have on sale right now the bigger boxes of Kleenex that come in the more rectangular package so they do take up more space vs the small, square upright ones. I believe they’re the same price but you get something like 230tissues per box with 10 boxes in the case. More bang for your buck if you have the room on your counter, desk, etc👍
That chocolate and peanut butter pie looks really good! A whipped and airy dessert perfect for summer. But I'm realizing I have a really bad habbit of dessert hopping. I got a diacounted apple pie from Walmart and haven't finished it. Then I got an apple and peach cobbler mix, because I've never heard of such a thing (it is literally an apple pie and peach cobbler having a baby, lol! It tastes really good). Then I got a whim to make chocolate ice cream, so I have. I'm at least about one serving of each away from completing them, but I don't know why I got so many to begin with (okay, I couldn't just walk past that cobbler, my curiosity was too immense 😅). Also, I regret that I didn't just make vanilla ice cream and combine all three of these desserts with it! But I wanted chocolate, so...the tastebuds get what they want.
I noticed the packaging for that umbrella says that it's UPF, which is great. I got a bad sunburn earlier this year using my car umbrella as a parasol and it didn't work. I found out umbrellas have to specify UPF otherwise they won't work for sun. I'll definitely be picking up that one. Thanks!

Honestly, if you're not filling up ice trays, and putting them in the freezer at least once a day... do you really need a machine to do something so simple? I should point out that I hate ice in my drink, because it dilutes the drink. The utility of an ice maker is going to vary wildly, by person.

Costco also started rolling out moon cakes for the upcoming Mid-Autumn festival. The frozen durian kind were amazing and they also imported the famous Mei Xin brand from Hong Kong in a very colorful tin box

At the 5:51 mark, I have these Duracell lanterns and they are very bright. Used them many times for power outages. They light up a large room on high very well. I would suggest keeping them in the lower settings for adequate lighting for a longer run time. If you can buy more, I would do it! The red signal light can be seen at least 100 yards / 100 meters away. I tested it by walking across a well-lit busy street to a parking lot and could see it all the way to its furthest point.
Firehouse Subs has 2 lunch deals for $18.99. 2 med sandwiches of your choice, 2 bags of chips and 2 medium drinks. That's a better deal than that sandwich for $10.
I think the Costco food court hot dog or pizza slices are the best value, but I'm glad they expanded the options. I doubt I'll ever buy a $10 roast beef sandwich, though.

Don’t place the food packages on the floor 🫣 soooo many germs you’ll then transfer to your fridge 😳 and I’m a hairdresser that trialed the Dyson Hairdryer in my salon and it truly has the worst ergonomics for salon or personal use It was top heavy and you had to release your grip to press the control buttons to change drying settings - hard pass!
As a stylist, can you recommend an effective but lightweight and ergonomic hair dryer? I hate drying my hair because I have shoulder and arm pain but have short but wavy hair after chemo and if I don’t dry it, it puffs up and looks ridiculous. 😑 If I can’t find a decent lightweight dryer maybe I’ll just have to get one of those dryer stands. 🤷🏼♀️
Great stuff! Since you featured toilet brushes, I'll share that my wife and I buy them from IKEA. Sounds odd, but they're $1.99/ea. I can't imagine more expensive ones really last longer considering the intended use.
That OVE vanity is an incredible price, I paid $200 for the same thing at Menards and that already was a good deal. It is high quality too with nice cultured stone top.
I love the Tramontina cookware. i had a couple of pans that I bought on clearance, they were so good that I bought a set of cookware. These pans clean up easy, nothing sticks, I just let them soak in hot soapy water for about 5 minutes and everything comes right off.

You need to try the Belgian waffles!!! They’re near the cookiesł/bread. You get 8 of them for 9.99. These are the real deal Belgian waffles with chunks of sugar in them. When you heat them up(toaster , or air fryer or oven) for a few minutes they are fabulous!! Good plain or topped with sweetened strawberries and whipped cream!!

Refill cost is the reason why I ditched my HP printer for Epson. HP is ridiculous.

I love the Tramontina cookware. i had a couple of pans that I bought on clearance, they were so good that I bought a set of cookware. These pans clean up easy, nothing sticks, I just let them soak in hot soapy water for about 5 minutes and everything comes right off.

You need to try the Belgian waffles!!! They’re near the cookiesł/bread. You get 8 of them for 9.99. These are the real deal Belgian waffles with chunks of sugar in them. When you heat them up(toaster , or air fryer or oven) for a few minutes they are fabulous!! Good plain or topped with sweetened strawberries and whipped cream!!
