Thank you very much Paul. Your preset is great. The Fractal Axe Fx III Mk II Turbo is without a doubt the wisest purchase I have ever made in the 59 years I have played guitar.
Welcome back to Fractal Land Paul! My AxeFX III is by far my best musical gear purchase, recent firmware tweaked all the drives and added a few new Fuzz Effects. I don’t think any other company offers so much new functionality over the life of the product.
Thank you so much for this beautiful patch. I enjoy it so much, especially the "Clean Harm Trem Shimmer"! Greetings from Germany and I wish you a peacefull 2025!
preset scaricato....ottimo lavoro...complimenti..suono una strato custom 57..e con il tuo suono le armoniche della chitarra e l'attacco si esaltano come in un ampli reale a valvole...
Paul, do you think you could do another quad demo but without IR’s? Because I use a real guitar cab. I just realized I can just remove the IR. I am looking back at the PRS the bengal brown striped where you got your goldtop. Looking back it was beautiful. I have a similar one but it’s a Brian Moore superstrat. Nobody remembers them because they went direct. It’s like a one man show. I put thinner strings on it and the G string is not staying in tune. Got it set up then fooled with the action (the saddles) and messed it up. Anyway, the axe fx sounds great and your playing is always stellar. When are we going guitar boutique store shopping again?😮
Hi Paul, Thanks for this preset, outstanding. I noticed in the video that you use the latest firmware, but you imported your “old” preset from the former Axe FX you owned before. If you do a “soft reset” on the amps there will be the benefit of the latest Amp version. Those are even more realistic. Just select a different Amp and then select the same amp you used before. Keep up the good work and have a great 2025.
Hi, i notice you are not going in the studio anymore, last year you exclusively did reviews from you home and the talks with your partner of studio rats...I would very much like to see what has become of the studio and what kind of work is performed there..Maybe you do studio work for other musician when they need a guitarist? cheers
Love this, Paul. Sounds incredible. Gun to your head - QC or Fractal if you’re looking for one digital solution as a home player and occasional gigs? I’m going over to Peach to try a QC now they stock them, but Fractal FM3 is an expensive shot in the dark.

Enjoy!
One of the best presets I have heard. A great usable all rounder. Thanx so much.
Glad you like it!
Hey thanks Paul. I was one of the ones who asked you to share your patches. Great playing as always!

I'd love to hear your take on a big, late 70's 2203 with a Les Paul. Your work here is very much appreciated, sir!
Still running the GX-100 myself Paul and love it. Some nice paths for me to try here so thx for that……
HNY btw, keep up the great work 🙌🏼
Love those last few ambient esque tones. Your style is one of a kind. I love it.

So close to 100k, early congrats!
🎉
I don't have anything Fractal nor do I plan on it. Just tuned in for the playing.
Ditto. And I am not disappointed.
Great tones, like always🎸 I wish this pack can load into my AX8, but not this year🙂
Sounds great Paul 👍🏻🎸 Happy New year
Thanks, you too!
Thank you gentlemen! Really enjoy your channel and am stoked to try your preset. I'm already sub'd or I'd help push you to 100K!

Hi Paul.. can you please also make the presets suitable for FM 3 and FM9?
Love your chanel
Just trying it on FM9 II Turbo - the patch works fine. Hits about 78% DSP at most.

Cheers for the tip Arthur!
I tried this but you'll need to rel-balance the amp levels - the mix in the original preset w/o soft resets is still just perfect
Merry xmas, and congrats on 100k, could you plz tell us how you made the sound-tone that this video starts with. what effects?
FYI - Quad Cortex added a harmonic tremolo in the latest update a few weeks ago! But I think it's mono only and doesn't do the stereo swirly thing.
Plex delay for the win. Man I wish FAS would make that available as a vst plugin.

Apples to oranges comparison with the QC and FM3. I'd compare the QC with the FM9 to be fair.
Go Fractal, I don’t think you’ll regret it:
@ Ta very much 🤘
Always love your tones. Will this cross over to the FM9.
Cheers yes it will
@@TheStudioRats Just tested on my FM9 with latest firmware - it will not install / import properly.
I am guessing the Plex Delay and multiple amps are actually too much for the FM9, and it cannot import properly
@@DavidMacVicarwon’t work on mine either 😢
Will you be able to do a FM3 patch?
in the future yes.
Does this mean you have an Axefx again? (I thought you sold yours?)
Yes I have a new one
I will see if this patch goes into the FM9 as I can see you've still got loads of CPU.
it does! works great. The IRs have to remain standard, not hiRes, but the patch is so good it doesn't matter
Also you save ~4% if you remove the in 2 / out 2 line
