No, this isn't the best premium of all time, but, in my opinion, it's better than the Tornado WTD61, which at least means something. As someone who values versatility over many other factors, I like flying this plane quite a bit. It isn't amazing or even great in many ways, but it's good enough in enough ways that I find it to be quite decent or good overall.
As someone who mostly plays air RB, I'm not really sure how to feel about the vehicle. I do agree that the SU-22 could be very good at grinding but at it's current BR, it can get uptiered into games with F-14 iriaf's (Sends chills down my spine thinking about it) and maybe early f-16's being in a world potentially dominated by IR and Radar missles of which the SU-22 lacks. (I do not own the vehicle and this is purely information that I have gathered). Overall, I probably wouldn't buy this vehicle but it is good for Germany to get some higher BR premiums and I know for a fact a lot of ground RB enjoyers that don't want to grind air would probably like this aircraft.

That is very easy. Def not worth 70$. I got the MfG Tornado + a Talisman(that one on sale) and I actually learned something while playing.
There's an exhibit of it in the Pforzheim Museum :D
(And yes, it's MUCH bigger than what you would expect)
