Just saw then in concert on the 24th. They are my all time guitar bands. Learned every song stationed in the Air Force on guitar.
I have seen Tesla in concert about 15 times. They are truly an American treasure!
I've done about 8 times, and I was a late bloomer! I was in my teens in the late 90s/early 2000s when I first saw them. Seen them 7-8 times and they never fail. Oustanding
When you get to being in your mid-fifties, divorced, retired, your daughter is grown and starting her own life...re-visit this song. I’m certainly not crying “sour grapes” here, because I’m comfortable with who I am, and who I’ve grown to be. Hell, I honestly thought I’d never live past forty. So, every day I wake up and open my eyes, it’s “gravy.” But sometimes, it’d sure be nice to have someone to share some of it with. I’m mostly Native American, so I may look at things differently than most. If my time is done tonight, I’m fine with that. I’ll just start the next chapter. What I can relate simply due to age, is not to be so rambunctious about “I can do it on my own!” type of thing. The only thing that’s better than the sharing food, or this music you listen to, in bringing people together is the sharing of yourself. That’s a GIFT on either end of the spectrum. Apologies for the long diatribe.

FYI , this song is about Jeff Keith's (singer) dog that he had to put asleep, makes a great song even better ! I have heard many bands over the years and I either get bored or forget about the band . But Tesla . I allways play them in my car or headphones no matter what. Never gets old , Tesla is something else.

I like things you say about consumer, some ppl just pretend others should listen music as they do without empathy ! For example Tesla in general never gives me something special in Rock, but i enjoy to listen to get in your mood sharing feelings and sensations that you are nice at sharing 😉 So i m sure next time you will do the same about a group i like more , music is for every mood every istant of life ! Can't go wrong with Tesla. Better do some from their Mechanical Resonance Album like "Modern Day Cowboy", "Cumin' Atcha Live", EZ Come EZ Go" there is more on other albums that didn't really make the charts but the band is so good it's hard to miss. I'm surprised with the bands you've reacted to you haven done Extreme, Joe Satriani, Scorpions, Def Leppard, AC/DC, Heart? If you've done Joe Bonamassa, check out Gary Moore and Colin James. There's lot of bands yet to choose from. I know you had mentioned some way to choose songs. Many times people use a survey to let viewers of you reactions help you choose.

I think aggression, on a personal level at least, is something you should have but only use when it's completely necessary. If you don't have that side then you may be open to someone taking advantage of you or maybe you don't stand up for yourself in a certain situation when you should because you might think you're being too aggressive when in reality it could serve you better in the long to show that side briefly. As far as aggression as a form of art, well any emotion is going to be expressed as an art form at one point or another if it exists but why? That's for someone smarter than me to speak on lol.
Side note: I may have mentioned this in another Tesla reaction you made but not sure but Jeff Keith the lead singer is a friend of my family's and I dont know him very well personally but i've met him a few times and you can't help but smile when he's around. He is very bright and animated and smiling all the time it's a perfect description for him and the song.
