I've served 32 years of exemplary service for the US Dep of Defense, and my career, retirement, health benefits, etc are STILL on the line for declining to comply to the mandates. There are more than just shot mandates to stand against at the DOD right now. I've also tried to file EEO complaints because they're pushing their "woke & LGBTQ" agenda during mandatory trainings, etc. It's an absolute NIGHTMARE. I still struggle to fully comprehend we are in this serious of a situation in America. Even our EEO office has been infiltrated by the enemy, and my EEO complaints were literally scoffed at. This is NOT how the DOD was for my previous 30 years of service. We are in W A R, and when the majority of Americans wake up to that fact, and stand against it, we will win, but until then, it's just random nobody people like me trying to hold my Born Again Christian ground to not roll over and comply. The intimidation, threats, coercion, etc have been unimaginable. I ask the Lord daily to remove the veil of deceit from they minds and hearts of the masses :( I am extremely grateful to all those speaking TRUTH in these dangerous days. Thank you both very much! Don't worry! We will pray for you and the Lord will do the impossible. There is no freedom under the current administration. I feel so devastated about the vaccine mandate in some states. I live in Maryland and the mandate is very strict. We can't work if we don't have the vaccines. Even hospitals don't want to operate on kidney transplant patients unless they have the vaccine. My son has complied with all the testing for a possible kidney transplant but he does not want to have the vaccine, he is afraid of the side effects for his condition and he is very careful with protocols. He takes care of himself, but the transplant team at UMM do not want to put him on the transplant list unless he has the vaccine. He is not allowed to have a transplant because of the vac. I don't know what to do, my only option is to move to a red state. We are praying about it. I feel that there are no rights any more in America. I never thought we would be in this situation in in this country. It is kind of like Nazi Germany with Hitler. We are praying more than ever now.

I love this video! Thank you Beckett for hosting this. I recently visited my daughter in Florida, who now identifies as a lesbian, ( after being married to a man and having two children). I witnessed to her about Jesus. She still digs in and doesn’t receive it it because the world tells her she is awesome. I came in love and even gave her “partner” a water color that I painted for her specifically. She was overjoyed to have it. We recently emailed each other and I gave my testimony to her. She might not receive it either but I’m not shutting up! I come in love, compassion and humility. I DO NOT want to face God and Him say, “ Why didn’t you say anything?”

We're blessed to go to a church that has a pastor that speaks truth. And he's becoming more and more outspoken from the pulpit about issues of culture and worldview. The whole new testament is about the gospel applied. Once our butt is in a pew and we're saying this is our lifestyle choice, Jesus is King then we better start thinking about how to now apply His Kingship in our lives. Sadly, there is too great a silence, indifference and compromise woefully exhibited by all denominations of believers in the US and in the West. The impact and influence of the brick-and-mortar church continues to erode. God is a holy and His mercy is new each morning as is His righteousness. Church leaders across the Globe must humbly and fearfully seek God and His ways and lead according. This has always been.

Yep, I believe Metaxas is correct in saying that more people will come to the churches if they hear the truth because it happened to me. I grew up Catholic, fell away, and have now gone back to Catholicism and I found an Othodox Catholic Church where the priests speak about the truth in a way that is loving and well thought-out. My son has joined me :).
It is good that the Priest is speaking out. Sadly overall the Catholic Church is a false religion. I left 38 years ago and have learned so much more of how it is a man made religion. The Catholics claim they gave us the Bible but that is wrong. The book of Acts is the beginning of the church of Christ. Thankfully we can go to the Bible to check for the truth. Thank you Becket and Eric! I completely agree with you. We are the church and we have to be bold when discussing these issues. My adult son came out to me as transgender 2 years ago. He is not a Christian. I would only add to this discussion by saying that people that are diagnosed with gender dysphoria are in pain and very often suicidal. Much of their activism is because of their pain. We do have to be compassionate and empathetic when we are talking with them about God and his plan for them. We are asking them to live with their gender dysphoria for the rest of their lives and not transition. Sometimes God may take away the dysphoria, but sometimes not. It may always be a thorn in their side. But, they will have God's peace and comfort.
That is soooo good, saying that God's judgement is a call to wake up. It's so true! He is saying hey, you aren't living up to the call for which you have been chosen. Wake up! Do the thing you were called to do, I will be with you. He is with us when we stand for and live according to His word. His word is life and a protection for His people.

It is full of lies and delusions of the Devil Trump! Then, there is the signing and blasphemous degradation of God’s most Holy book the Bible. Trump thinks it is okay to berate and put down what Christ taught. He also has no respect for our flag. There is no Biblical truths in Trump's cult. He is the great deceiver and the American antichrist. No one else raised the dead and healed the sick; sacrificed His life in the most brutal death and withstood horrendous torture, out of love for His creation. This was a pure act of unconditional love. The sun went dark, and the earth shook at the time of His death. He was resurrected and thousands saw him. He was God in the person of Christ, and He did this to change humanity and prove man does not have to sin but chooses to. Since, then the church has struggled to emulate Christ. Driven often by the Devil to destroy the church. Even now God is testing the church with Trump, who wants to ignore Trump’s devilish character, because he promises to stop abortion. The devil tried to get Jesus to sell out his principles for money and power. Jesus rejected him. Jesus would say to his church, “Turn your back on Trump and his evil ways and worship me. Jesus will give you peace and all of your heart’s pure desires! Most of the church was easily deceived and according to the Bible, Jesus has turned His back on them, because they support the Man of Lawlessness Trump. My challenge to Trump worshipers is to read the New Testament from John to Revelation. Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you. The good news is God does not legislate salvation. It is our choice whether to be saved or lost, who we marry, whether we steal or murder, commit adultery or even abort a child. It is our choice to commit good or evil. What consequences we suffer is our punishment or reward. God never forces His children to be saved or perfect. He offers unconditional love and peace. Jesus is always there to pick up the broken pieces and put our life back together again. All we need to do is humble ourselves, know God’s Word and ask for forgiveness, because all have sinned and in need of salvation. It is good to note the Day of the Lord is not a twenty-four-hour period of time; rather, it is an extended period of time that includes the seven-year tribulation, the return of Christ to put down all rebellion against Him, the 1,000-year reign of Christ on earth, the final defeat of Satan. Somehow, the church through Trump’s delusion does not understand the rebellion is not just in the secular world, but it is in the church and God is fulfilling His prophecy in Matthew 3:12 “Whose fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.”
Most churches are seeker friendly. It’s about numbers and not offending anyone. The Purpose Driven Life book and their viewpoint made a lot of changes in many churches and not for the good. I remember telling a girlfriend back in 2001 why wasn’t our church speaking truth to people and what sin was. She replied, “We don’t want to offend anyone especially new visitors.” I replied, “It is the Holy Spirit who convicts people to turn from sin.” She was really serious saying we don’t want to offend anyone.
What is the best way to speak out about all these issues? I see many Christians lamenting about all these issues on Facebook, but this does not contribute to change. What are some tangible applications of how we should be speaking out about all these issues?
God has called me to write and I've been lost on how to start getting my work out there. This is so encouraging and I'm desperate to speak and share what I've written. How do you even begin?

I’m excited to see Eric here! I listened to him plenty of times from Morningstar church in Fort Mill SC. I live 45 minutes from Morningstar. I live in Mooresville NC, part of greater Charlotte NC area (Lake Norman). I used to hear Eric on his own show. Then I heard him on the International House of Prayer Kansas City. Eric is blessed/anointed/appointed by God to wake up the Christian church as a whole to today’s reality, and position us to fight as the warriors we were made in his image to be in this time.🙌❤️🔥

I depend upon the Lord to give me courage to speak truth in the situations He brings before me. I know I have failed Him many times. I agree with Eric completely. I'm not a pastor I but have been challenging pastors for years to speak the truth on today's issues. It's as you say most seem to prefer safety of their career, retirement and fear of "being" political. There are a few, like John MacArthur, Doug Wilson, Voddie Bauchman that have the courage but it is far more needed for local Pastors to boldy proclaim what God says about our politic. Or cancell culture will evolve to death camp reality.
I am responsible for obedience, not results. My husband and I are church-homeless right now, because we cannot find a pastor who gets that. I find this utterly sad.

Andy Stanley's father Dr Charles Stanley was very vocal concerning his view point of the way politics was shaping America and turning aside from God. He was vocal on many things and spoke from the pulpit.
Becket, great show. We love you and we love Eric. I sent an email to Charlie Kirk after the miserable election results here in Phoenix. I'm hoping it'll spark people like Charlie, people that have a voice and relationship with churches here in Arizona to be relevant, to teach their congregations that supporting a candidate that supports what God calls sin is extremely dangerous. It could even mess with their own salvation. Church leaders need desperately to teach what God hates as much as what God loves. I'm meeting more and more people that identify as Christians, even as born again believers that support gay rights and abortion. This is bad. In conversation with these people in learning that their churches either emphasize that it's okay or they're entirely silent about the sins. The political people that lost, here in Arizona, were very vocal about being pro life. I know born again believers that voted against them because they said it was a vote against a person's rights. Our church preaches that abortion is murder. Our pastor even wrote a book, Abort Abortion. Our churches need to preach the word of God. Eric M is spot on.
Without strong men like these two to lead the charge against the communo-fascist forces that are undermining our society, we won't win. Take a stand with these men and speak out whenever you get the chance. It may determine your salvation as well...
The Lord compelled me years ago to share my abortion experience and through that my healing happened...then the Holy Spirit has been building my courage to stand up for all life... people always want to challenge me on my position...I say my position is God's position and when that offends I know what I'm dealing with. No abortion's..God is the author of life not death. They want to bring up the old testament about God dealing with sinners and first born being subject to death in Egypt.... People start to focus and get lost in these big picture issues and forget about their neighbor, their brother and their co worker. God creates change through regeneration and sanctification. I've also tried to file EEO complaints because they're pushing their "woke & LGBTQ" agenda during mandatory trainings, etc. It's an absolute NIGHTMARE. I still struggle to fully comprehend we are in this serious of a situation in America. Even our EEO office has been infiltrated by the enemy, and my EEO complaints were literally scoffed at. This is NOT how the DOD was for my previous 30 years of service. We are in W A R, and when the majority of Americans wake up to that fact, and stand against it, we will win, but until then, it's just random nobody people like me trying to hold my Born Again Christian ground to not roll over and comply. The intimidation, threats, coercion, etc have been unimaginable. I ask the Lord daily to remove the veil of deceit from they minds and hearts of the masses :( I am extremely grateful to all those speaking TRUTH in these dangerous days. Thank you both very much! Don't worry! We will pray for you and the Lord will do the impossible. There is no freedom under the current administration. I feel so devastated about the vaccine mandate in some states. I live in Maryland and the mandate is very strict. We can't work if we don't have the vaccines. Even hospitals don't want to operate on kidney transplant patients unless they have the vaccine. My son has complied with all the testing for a possible kidney transplant but he does not want to have the vaccine, he is afraid of the side effects for his condition and he is very careful with protocols. He takes care of himself, but the transplant team at UMM do not want to put him on the transplant list unless he has the vaccine. He is not allowed to have a transplant because of the vac. I don't know what to do, my only option is to move to a red state. We are praying about it. I feel that there are no rights any more in America. I never thought we would be in this situation in in this country. It is kind of like Nazi Germany with Hitler. We are praying more than ever now.

I came in love and even gave her “partner” a water color that I painted for her specifically. She was overjoyed to have it. We recently emailed each other and I gave my testimony to her. We're blessed to go to a church that has a pastor that speaks truth. And he's becoming more and more outspoken from the pulpit about issues of culture and worldview. The whole new testament is about the gospel applied. Once our butt is in a pew and we're saying this is our lifestyle choice, Jesus is King then we better start thinking about how to now apply His Kingship in our lives. Yep, I believe Metaxas is correct in saying that more people will come to the churches if they hear the truth because it happened to me. I grew up Catholic, fell away, and have now gone back to Catholicism and I found an Othodox Catholic Church where the priests speak about the truth in a way that is loving and well thought-out. My son has joined me :).

Thank you Becket and Eric! I completely agree with you. We are the church and we have to be bold when discussing these issues. My adult son came out to me as transgender 2 years ago. He is not a Christian. I would only add to this discussion by saying that people that are diagnosed with gender dysphoria are in pain and very often suicidal. Much of their activism is because of their pain. We do have to be compassionate and empathetic when we are talking with them about God and his plan for them. We are asking them to live with their gender dysphoria for the rest of their lives and not transition. Sometimes God may take away the dysphoria, but sometimes not. It may always be a thorn in their side. But, they will have God's peace and comfort.
That is soooo good, saying that God's judgement is a call to wake up. It's so true! He is saying hey, you aren't living up to the call for which you have been chosen. Wake up! Do the thing you were called to do, I will be with you. He is with us when we stand for and live according to His word. His word is life and a protection for His people.
This book needs to be called Letters to the American Pastors.

It is full of lies and delusions of the Devil Trump! Then, there is the signing and blasphemous degradation of God’s most Holy book the Bible. Trump thinks it is okay to berate and put down what Christ taught. He also has no respect for our flag. Our flag is to fly free unencumbered and touched only with white gloves, solemnly and with respect, as needed. It is not to be molested by the President, like one of his cheap affairs, with porn stars or Playboy Bunnies.

There is no Biblical truths in Trump's cult. He is the great deceiver and the American antichrist. No one else raised the dead and healed the sick; sacrificed His life in the most brutal death and withstood horrendous torture, out of love for His creation. This was a pure act of unconditional love. The sun went dark, and the earth shook at the time of His death. He was resurrected and thousands saw him. He was God in the person of Christ, and He did this to change humanity and prove man does not have to sin but chooses to.
Since, then the church has struggled to emulate Christ. Driven often by the Devil to destroy the church. Even now God is testing the church with Trump, who wants to ignore Trump’s devilish character, because he promises to stop abortion. The devil tried to get Jesus to
sell out his principles for money and power. Jesus rejected him. Jesus would say to his church, “Turn your back on Trump and his evil ways and worship me. Jesus will give you peace and all of your heart’s pure desires! Most of the church was easily deceived and according to the Bible, Jesus has turned His back on them, because they support the Man of Lawlessness Trump.
My challenge to Trump worshipers is to read the New Testament from John to Revelation. Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you. The good news is God does not legislate salvation. It is our choice whether to be saved or lost, who we marry, whether we steal or murder, commit adultery or even abort a child. It is our choice to commit good or evil. What consequences we suffer is our punishment or reward. God never forces His children to be saved or perfect. He offers unconditional love and peace. Jesus is always there to pick up the broken pieces and put our life back together again. All we need to do is humble ourselves, know God’s Word and ask for forgiveness, because all have sinned and in need of salvation.
It is good to note the Day of the Lord is not a twenty-four-hour period of time; rather, it is an extended period of time that includes the seven-year tribulation, the return of Christ to put down all rebellion against Him, the 1,000-year reign of Christ on earth, the final defeat of Satan. Somehow, the church through Trump’s delusion does not understand the rebellion is not just in the secular world, but it is in the church and God is fulfilling His prophecy in Matthew 3:12 “Whose fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.”
Here’s an honest question. What would Bonhoeffer have said about the US military engagements in Afghanistan, Iraq, etc, etc?

Most churches are seeker friendly. It’s about numbers and not offending anyone. The Purpose Driven Life book and their viewpoint made a lot of changes in many churches and not for the good. I remember telling a girlfriend back in 2001 why wasn’t our church speaking truth to people and what sin was. She replied, “We don’t want to offend anyone especially new visitors.” I replied, “It is the Holy Spirit who convicts people to turn from sin.” She was really serious saying we don’t want to offend anyone.

I agree with Eric completely. I'm not a pastor I but have been challenging pastors for years to speak the truth on today's issues. It's as you say most seem to prefer safety of their career, retirement and fear of "being" political. There are a few, like John MacArthur, Doug Wilson, Voddie Bauchman that have the courage but it is far more needed for local Pastors to boldy proclaim what God says about our politic. Or cancell culture will evolve to death camp reality.
I am responsible for obedience, not results. My husband and I are church-homeless right now, because we cannot find a pastor who gets that. I find this utterly sad.

Andy Stanley's father Dr Charles Stanley was very vocal concerning his view point of the way politics was shaping America and turning aside from God. He was vocal on many things and spoke from the pulpit.
Becket, great show. We love you and we love Eric. I sent an email to Charlie Kirk after the miserable election results here in Phoenix. I'm hoping it'll spark people like Charlie, people that have a voice and relationship with churches here in Arizona to be relevant, to teach their congregations that supporting a candidate that supports what God calls sin is extremely dangerous. It could even mess with their own salvation. Church leaders need desperately to teach what God hates as much as what God loves. I'm meeting more and more people that identify as Christians, even as born again believers that support gay rights and abortion. This is bad. In conversation with these people in learning that their churches either emphasize that it's okay or they're entirely silent about the sins. The political people that lost, here in Arizona, were very vocal about being pro life. I know born again believers that voted against them because they said it was a vote against a person's rights. Our church preaches that abortion is murder. Our pastor even wrote a book, Abort Abortion. Our churches need to preach the word of God. Eric M is spot on.

The Lord compelled me years ago to share my abortion experience and through that my healing happened...then the Holy Spirit has been building my courage to stand up for all life... people always want to challenge me on my position...I say my position is God's position and when that offends I know what I'm dealing with. No abortion's..God is the author of life not death. They want to bring up the old testament about God dealing with sinners and first born being subject to death in Egypt.... It exposes the person intentions and agenda.

I've seen churches in the Midwest turn into 'social justice' churches in the midwest and split. People start to focus and get lost in these big picture issues and forget about their neighbor, their brother and their co worker. God creates change through regeneration and sanctification. If you are called to these social justice issues as a Christian... I support you.

A born again, thought I found my place to worship and with reading Bible and watching videos from people like Becket, I’m realizing, my place of worship and it’s leader is very lukewarm. Should’ve seen this when their stance on homosexual being preacher’s in the church was, let’s just let the main thing be the main thing-meaning as long as we come to praise God.
