I have owned my earphones for a couple of months but now I am having an issue with the volume...it is so low even when I increase to the maximum. What would be the problem?
Did you check the volume level on the earphones sometimes they do not correspond to the phone or device volume level try to push the plus button on the control panel a few times until you hear a specific sound that indicates the max setting. Did you check your music source some recordings can be too quiet I have to deal with this issue all the time for example some audiobooks are just to quite so I have to post-process them in an audio software where I have to increase the volume up to 5-6 times and then save it and upload to my phone. Also, they could be damaged try to connect them to another device maybe a computer or laptop and try some youtube videos if they also sound too quiet. Hope it does help if not you still can go through the warranty and let them change them out or just get a new pair if you don't want to go through all the hassle. I got a pair of new JBL earbuds so stay tuned for a new video. Have a nice day.
I have never measured it exactly but they last a long time the 16h is the maximum you could get out of them but I don't know at what volume level maybe at 70%

What light on the power pack? Yes it is always on when the earphones are on.
