1/2 can (190g) Evap milk - - - 15
1/2tsp Baking powder - - - 1
1/2tsp Baking soda - - - 1
3 1/2 cup APF - - - 45
Coating:
2 cups Sugar - - - 15
1 cup Powdered sugar - - - 17;
