I want to change my 2025 drug plan from Silverscript to Wellcare. It's now Oct 3, 2024. Do I have to wait until Oct 15 to do this?

Yes, you need to wait until 10/15 to submit the application (no later than 12/7). The new Part D plan will start 1/1/25 and automatically cancel the existing Part D plan.
