They have top tech, they know who is in their city whether it’s through their contacts wherever he came from as far as airports and bus stations or through his phone because they do have ways to access phones plus a US Agent wouldn’t be so obvious and stand out like that.
Some parts off the coast in California have homes structured similar to these where the homes are tall yet so close to each other you can pass your neighbor toilet paper 😂😂
