Great footage but I think this is a mixture of islands/beaches in either Phi Phi Islands or around Krabi area (Railey, Ao Nang etc) and nothing on Phuket but I guess you put Phuket on as a title of the video for tourists who want to do the Phi Phi Tour from there. Anyway I've visited all of them and it is awesome. Personally I love Krabi a lot more than Phuket - drone views of Hong Islands and Poda plus Tup Islands close to Krabi would have been awesome

Thanks! Probably not necessary as long as you stay away from crowds. Maya Bay has a lot of no drone signs and fines, but there are some nice hidden spots outside where you can launch and fly around without disturbing anyone.

I got insurance and went through the entire registration process, but never heard anything back. The authorities are not competent and it's not really worth the hassle. If you fly without disturbing people, no one will care. The rules are very loosely enforced. Good luck!

Welcome! Just be careful about cities and national parks, those are stricter. But islands like Koh Tao are very loose and no one cares about drones.

No filters, and default Mavic settings except with +3 color.

Mostly DJI Mavic Pro for this one.
