If Natasha cosplayed as Kaito then she could of still cosplayed as a guy while also being another Vocaloid character. Everyone's cosplay was great too.
Was this like a very specific area where cosplay was allowed? From what I've seen cosplay is heavily frowned upon and most places won't even let you in if they see you cosplaying. Like not even in Akihabara do I see none workers cosplay. The only time I've seen an exception was Harajuku.
