The vocals and lyrics are beautiful. Both IU and Taehyung are awesome and show emotion without saying a word…I cried 😭
I cried when I watched it, I cried for an hour after and I am still crying after I watch each person react. I am a complete mess! Not the best look at work. This was a masterpiece, Tae def needs an award for his acting skill.

A lot of people have said Spring Day when they see that part, I did as well. Some say IU in here was supposed to be mute which is why she used sign language. I am still crying over this video. Everyone did a great job! I'm wondering if the party was like a rehearsal dinner before getting married before the cubes attacked and they were just remembering it but not the faces that were there.

The pile of clothing in the MV (and in the Spring Day mv as well) are based on a 2010 artwork called Personae, or people, but at the same time no one. It was created by a French artist Christian Boltanski. The clothes represent the people who are no longer with us with the clothes all that is left behind. In turn it is likely that Boltanski, who created artwork based on the Holocaust, is reminding us of the huge pile of clothing taken from the Jews who were sent to the showers to their deaths in the concentration camps.
Btw, the mv is directed by Um Tae-hwa, who directed Concrete Utopia, considered the best film in Korea this year - and another great performance by Lee Byung-Hun. It is a disaster film about Seoul following an epic earthquake and the struggle of survivors to find livable residences.
This mv is superb in many ways, vocals, melody, acting, story. Amazing.
Definitely a 5mins full of heavy emotions. The scene where they took a bite of food is hitting me hard.

The deep interpretation of their acting as well as the lyrics it is like A MESSY WORLD against LOVE.. and iam so touched when IU like protecting V who's disabled I guess by ruining of some haters of the world, then in the end V got the courage to protect IU as well.. 그럼에도 불구하고 행복하려고 했고 서로 지켜주려 했다. 우린 행복하고 싶었지만 세상은 도와주지 않았다라는 느낌.
