I was so hesitant about Asmr, when my sleep psychologist recommended it for me. I've watched every single type of ASMR and while some have worked, marginally, this video I can't even make past the 14 minute mark. Everything about it is perfect. Your voice is soothing. Your touch is deliberate. Your touch is healing and kind, but not creepy. Please please please make more. The energy and chakra work really relaxes my sleep center in my brain.
