Ah, the only material "strange" thing you need is the swamill but after all you can easily get the same result with a super sharp knife like he did after for making the cut more accured.

I think that "ace" in CS GO is the achievement you get either for eliminating the entire team (for a team with at most 5 members) or at least 5 enemies (for a team with more than 5 members).
