I got the best of 3 worlds: -Having siblings -Still growing up as a "only child" -And my parents divorced so I got double gifts for Christmas and my birthday. Now my friends on the other hand all had brothers, I have seen some Vietnam style traps, hard fistfigths and even someone taking a leak in his brothers Lego box...
Shoot 😂.... me and my 2nd born sister fought for years.. But right now she's 23 i am 25 and we best of friends..... I even tried to torch a mattress that was outside.. The ass whopping i got, never forget till this day..... My parents are what made me to be what i am today... I thank God i got that belt cos i would have never gotten to where I'm at. Something I don't understand is why people think it's okay for siblings or parents to hit children. If you did that to an adult it would be assault but it's okay for a child to be hit? I don't think there is any grey area here either, you shouldn't physically hurt another human. Like my parents would hit me and leave bruises. Now that I'm adult I asked them, hey if you don't behave would it be okay for me to punch you? Then why did you do that when I was a little kid and leave bruises and cause injury? Or for my older siblings to slap or hit me? A little smack on the hand or wrestling is fine but if you're leaving bruises and injuries on someone regardless of age it's unacceptable. I don't care if it's sibling fighting theres a line. My parents agreed with me and said it was considered the norm until recent years. I don't know, I feel like they knew they shouldn't be doing that. I remember not being able to walk upright after getting hit or getting nasty bruises. like wtf, how was that acceptable to do as a regular punishment?
