I like the gold pivot color but that's me and I know what they were doing with that and they did a great job either way
I got mine beginning of last week. I love it. Including the cool ass rifle cartridge pivot.
👊
Love the pivot and the knife so I bought it. No regrets.
I think Ken Onion owns Karbon, and I think the 😮lock bar access blows, you got Ken Onion and Ketuo teamed up and makes this killer looking action excellent ti knife and they overlooked the access ???
That's a beautiful knife👍🔥🔥🔥
Gotta say that the pivot looks amazing, in my opinion! Thanks for the honest video, though!!
Fair enough!
Definitely a flexing of the manufacturing possibilities. If they are going to flex though kind of curious why they didn't do a hollow grind to be honest. Always nice to see Ken Onions name. Thanks for pointing out the relief cut appreciate that kind of criticism. Definitely a cool knife but not screaming to be had kind of thing. Congrats on Ken Onion winning a award like that.
Ken Onion deserves all the recognition he gets
Love the blade shape but the handle has too many lines and just... idk too gawdy looking!
Back spacer is good
Fair enough!
Mine'll be here Monday
👊👊👊
Yea the shell case kinda got me also, it's definitely out of place. But yes they are showing off and at that price!!!
Korbon Buckhorn Got An Upgrade #edgedmindset #edc #knifevideo #country
Looks like twosun pivot. I remember seeing some of there knives that had the exact pivot style and they probably did the oem work for this company
Could be
kinda random but I just realized Karbon is the brand of a very slim and smallish Taiwanese K90 drop point flipper frame lock with pink, purple and green flowers on the handle that I got my mom for mothers day last year....
😳
Lock bar access needs more access definitely
Thanks for the video.
The gold looks fine to me. What I found concerning is that the tip appears to be bent slightly. At 3:52, the tip appears to be bent slightly downwards. I can't afford this knife anyway, but that disturbed me.
Love it wish I could buy them all😂
Raise your hand if your first knife was an Onion design.
Damn near
Not my first knife but a Ken onion design CRKT was on of the first knives I ever bought with my own money when I was a kid
First CRKT I bought by myself was the leek
Not my style but I can definitely appreciate it.
👊
Oh one other thing they should have made the thumb studs go too🎉
Thumb studs are the best part. I will talk about it in the full review
They went to the trouble of anodizing the pivot collar so it wouldn't be yet another boring ols grey titanium knife. And what are you going to do? Undo all their wise work and turn it into another boring grey knife. Congratulations, you're a genius. And I hope you understand sarcasm.
🤣
@@edged_mindset I mean it's the only pop of color on the entire knife and it's aesthetically pleasing.
After spyderco won most innovative design I will never trust anything from blade show awards.
🤣
Keep in mind yeah you said it it is machined The machine does all the work although it looks good it wasn't hand milled it was machined piece of cake
That shell pivot makes this look like a cheap temu knife.
Paramilitary 3🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
TH-cam knife reviewer compares to “Paramilitary 3” when the comparison knife is actually a PM2. Kinda makes one wonder.
Yea that pivot has to go lol. Very tacky looking. Who was that supposed to appeal to?
Me! 😅
😁
@@OGBladeReviews lol I’m glad it floats your boat.
Me, cause I collect rifles and reload ammo.
