You could have went to the area with the slug before going to the tundra,you had 2 captain so you could have took a photo of the whiptongue bulborb the snitchbug And the fire slug,the only thing you need 3captains for is the boss.
I prefer the first mireclops photo it has a way better sense of scale which I think most pictures are lacking. I wish more enemies got framing like your close to them looking up at them

I Did This Exact Challenge But I Did'nt Put Captains To Make Picturing Enemies Easier And I Finished The Challenge In Like 2 Days And I Also Decided To Picture Antartic Long Legs And Arctic Long Legs Edit: If You Try To Do This Exact Challenge But In Pikmin 4 Try Using The Survey Drone Because You Can Pause And You Can Get Good Angles Which Is Very Helpful

I think my favorite shots were easily the Mireclops and the Red Spectralid. They had so much going for them and the mireclops is just an amazing setpiece to photograph both alive and dead. If pikmin 4 has a photo mode like 3 (never played it so do not know), do you think you'll do this challenge again?
it doesn’t, but what’s really odd is that the promotional manga strip has the rescue officer use the tablet as one. Hope it gets added in an update or something, but it’s super unlikely
You CAN actually take photos technically with the Survey Drone item, something that’s also explained in the Pikmin 4 manga, though you can’t take 1st-Person POV shots like in Pikmin 3
unintentionally ive already done this challenge in monster hunter rise XD because you can change the picture in your journal i set out to basically do this. i understand the pain of just barely missing an amazing shot
This challenge is so creative and cool as I love the camera feature in this game just wish it didn’t take up real time but it makes sense why they did that due to availability for cheese with time consumption
How good is the camera in 3 Deluxe? Obviously the lack of gamepad might impede the actual photo process, but having a second player to control the subject captain would be excellent if it doesn't lock your controls.
I missed most of these streams, so it's nice to have this chance to catch up. The visual design of the enemies in Pikmin 3 is one of my favorite things about it, so this challenge really speaks to me. Stuff like this is a great reminder that Pikmin is a lot more than dandori.
I wish you would have collected the data files before snapping any photos, they break the immersion and are a distracting bright yellow that interferes with the photo composition.
"brittany suffers a concussion" is a masterpiece in my opinion. the placement of the swooping snitchbug is perfect. even though it doesn't follow the rule of thirds, the center placement works in its favor to divide the screen and brings your gaze to said division. the rope and fence in the very foreground make whoever is looking at the image feel like they are in said scene, watching from behind and out of sight. it's like when you are photographing skittish animals in real life, hiding in the grass as to not disturb them. the whiptongue bulborb makes the scene feel very organic, as does the snow and dead trees on the left side of the photo. if you didnt know what was happening, the trees could look like theyre moving in the wind. perhaps the only thing id change, if i could, would be for brittany to be getting tossed in the right direction as opposed to backward, as the entire scene feels more 2d, and brittany facing a non cardinal direction feels unnatural. they call me the yappinator. 6/5
This is WAY TOO GOOD! I'm less than 10 minutes in and I'm laughing _out loud._ I rarely ever audibly laugh unless something is like really REALLY funny! XD
Was playing Pikmin 2 while watching this and purples were drowning and I press X and the blue Pikmin pick up the purples and walk back a little and throw the purples on land saving them
The rock and sand jittering together is called Z-fighting, basically 2 objects are in the same space and the game is struggling to decide which one takes priority in rendering.

You know what would be a really cool picmin game concept a pickmin spin off structured like legends arceas where you learn about the picmin planet and having more enemies more variants more piclopeadia
this specific challenge now makes me really want nintendo to do a “Pikmin Snap” as they did for pokémon

Unfortunately, despite being gorgeous Pikmin 4 has no photo mode. The Switch has a screenshot button, but it's not the same.
