I love pressing loads of freeze dried fresh cut and froze bubble. I don't have such an impressive press as you with all the pretty colors but, I can totally watch you press all day. That was sweet and sick as fuck.

Always wondered why pressers let the stream cool and block the flow of the freshly released oils, instead of doing like this man did and let it drip off and away from the exiting flow and the drip lands elsewhere. Don’t worry your technique wasn’t lost of me.

Was going to ask yield. Nice machine well done video. I'm 67 an old og in CA we've been pressing since 2014 hair curler tech. Obviously today only 5-6 star water hash. We like 160-170 ish but depends on many things like you said also your tech I see wrapping bags in extra parchment and not double bag. Your bags and clean-up look easier
you can do both. 1st round of press in low temp to squeeze out oils for flavor.
2nd round of pressing is at high temp to finish extracting every oil out the flowers.
Don't mix both oil yields from the flower.

So how do you get the oil from the paper to a container? Is it just a scrape it off method? Also does the pressed weed retain any chemical for the high, or is it all pressed out with the oil? iN OTHER WORDS are you able to smoke the remaining weed or is it trashed?
You scrap it off, most guys do it in a cool room to make it easier. Remaining flower doesn't have much/any value since the good stuff has been extracted via the press.

how dry is your flower you use, I have a small press but don't seem to get any where as much reason are you are ?
He's squishing bubble hash probably 70-120u. Made from fresh frozen whole plants. After making hash its freeze dried than squished. All of this process supposed to be in a controlled cold room. This is why Live rosin most expensive. Any time you see 'Live' it means whole plant fresh frozen. Live resin is a solvent product usually butane/propane extraction the purged in Vacuum oven. Live rosin solventless but most expensive product because of total returns under 5% with starting material. He got 70% return from the 75 gms of starting hash material.

@Lee Dempster think he said was pressing at 3000 lbs. Sure could go much higher. Don't forget more pressure more heat but having ability for more pressure you can lower your heat temp to dial in lowest temp/pressure for best products and highest quality and best yield
how are you collecting the rosin off the paper?
I stick mine in the freezer and just chip off a nice piece for the banger.

Gorgeous. I just pressed an eighth of gorilla glue and frankly I'm feeling a little inadequate after watching this! Can't wait to press some hash rosin once my grow is all setup and running! It's such a shitshow getting good concentrates in NYC unless you're in Manhattan and don't mind spending 100/g for not even high quality shatter or even more for actual HTFSE from the same dudes charging 130/q for bud that I get for 140-160 a full zip!
