We visited Port Lincoln South Australia to make one of my long time dream comes true, to meet great white sharks. It's quite far from my home but it really worth visiting.
Rodney Fox is one of few, if not only, shark cage diving tour company that offers ocean floor diving to divers as many others offer only surface cage diving to divers and non-divers.
If you have a C-card, I recommend to go deep.
The experience I had in that underwater of Neptune Island Bay was provably the best I had so far in my diving career. Many people think sharks are scary and that may be correct in some situations, but they really are not animals that kill whatever they see. You would realize great whites are rather calm and very beautiful.
We also had a wonderful time on the ship thanks to great hospitality by Rodney Fox crew members. I would love to visit there again.

長年の夢であったホホジロザメに会うためにオーストラリアのポートリンカーンに行ってきました。日本からは遠い場所ですが、いく価値はありました。
多くのホホジロザメツアーを開催している会社は水面付近のケージしかありませんが、今回お世話になったRodney Foxはダイバー向けに着底できるケージを提供している数少ない会社です。
もしCカードをお持ちでしたら、深い方に行くことをお勧めします。
今回のダイビングではたくさんの美しいサメに出会うことができて、今までしたダイビングの中で一番と行っても過言ではありません。
多くの方はサメに対して怖いイメージがあると思いますが、実際は見たもの全てに襲いかかるような生き物じゃありません。もちろん、危険な生物となりうる状況はたくさんありますが、実際に泳いでいる姿は優雅で美しかったです。
船の上での生活もRodney Foxのクルーのサービスでとても快適でした。
絶対にまた伺いたいと思います。
