Besides mounting them- which is awesome- what do y’all do with eiders? Do you eat them? I gotta think they must taste like crap. Lol

I have eaten them. They can be made edible. I would not say they are delicious

We have done a few different things with them like chili, or just ground with goose meat for sausage. Actually, just made a video on a duck curry using these eiders and it was phenomenal!
