Eww! Just put some slug beer traps in our garden as I’m avoiding slug pellets due to a healthy hedgehog community in the local area. I’d remembered my granddad using them in the 70s on his veg patch and thought I’d give them a go. So far they seem to be working.

My friend told me that she has found NO SLUGS this year in her beer trap in her garden...she told me every other year she will find 20 slugs in it every morning.....this year there's been NONE!?!?...What's going on....food shortages are coming
Beer traps work, but they are in the minority. I have some twenty traps and they are all efffective Have to empty them every two days.and still there are slugs and snails. It is a real plague.
The trap is so good, it caught his finger cause it thought it was a slug!
