Not a bad day in the tubes. Looked like the big ones might still be out spawning in the lake, the small kittens were playing. Some decent bass at the end as well made it a great day for both of you.

Fun adventure Bill! I salute your bravery for deliberately chasing cats in your tube. Having tangled with Mr. WHISKERS at some point in time every season, they are sure a thrill - but a thrashing mess even with a net! That river was full of beautiful smallies too. Nothing like that hereabouts so you are lucky to have such good places. I'm still chasing panfish...not much excitement but fun. Hi to Mike and best wishes, Don

I got all kinds of bottom weights and some bigger circle hooks and I got some white sucker in the freezer for cut bait. Definitely gonna get the kool aid chicken livers going. I want one on the pin man would be sweet

cattaraugus creek , 18 mile creek and buffalo and Cazenovia creek in the city - start running around mid april thru mid july mainly

I went after the storm. Same results small cats. That's coming from Erie Pennsylvania. No skunkin. Big ones aren't in. Hopefully by memorial day weekend.

Bill, caught your creek video with the lamprey poison. What a shame. I guess that’s the price to pay to keep the lamprey population down. I’ve hooked into 3 cats thus far down stream. If you ever do any night fishing I have a spot when the weathers right, you get a few 10+ pounders nightly. Tight lines Bill. 👍🏼

Why such light line?
that was my bass rod already rigged with slip float - normally use 20 - 30 lb braid for cats
