Many stunning and well deserved Miss USA winners did not win Miss Universe their respective years which is truly a shame (Debbie Shelton in 1970 was another outrageous result). Instead, USA has have a lot of surprising Miss Universe winners..... like 1960, 2012 alt. Olivia was beautiful. Brook Lee’s win in the 1997 was also a surprise becuz there were a lot more facially beautiful women that year. But, some sealed it with their final answers like she did.
