Went here in 1994 shortly after it opened. Went on the tour with my class, and my little group had two Jewish best friends and a chaperone that was a sister of one of them. I will never forget it. This is what happens when we see others as "less than" ourselves. We are all worthy of the precious life we lead. At all stages of that life. Atrocities happen when we cease to remember that and start thinking others are not worthy of that life you yourself cherish so much.

DC should do a similar museum for the Native American museum.

There is a huge and gorgeous museum, dedicated just for the Native Americans. Check it out in my playlist Washington DC.

My husband (then an active duty Marine officer) and I toured the museum a year or two after it opened. We only got halfway through before we had to exit……..I was first to go…….then, only about 5 minutes later he exited. It was too much to take in. God bless these people and families. Never forget. 🙏🏻

I went there on a field trip with my 8th grade class from WA state and haven't been back. I was 13 then and am 40 now and it's always stuck with me and watching your video really reminded me how much of an impact this museum had on me. I really want to go back again sometime and revisit it. Awesome Video, thank you

Hey, just went there today for the first time. I’m in bed now, and I can’t stop thinking about it. What I saw, mostly and what I felt. This is something that everyone needs to see, yes. I was honestly not expecting what I saw, but it was an experience. I did shed a tear, and my heart was very heavy. I’ve been interested in Anne Frank since I was a child, so to see a bit of her in the museum was heartwarming. Thank you for being brave and filming EVERYTHING. 🙏 much love from Arlington, going home to California on Saturday.

I spent six hours in this museum a few years ago. You've done an excellent job of representing it in a short period of time. Thanks.

When my brother and I went to the holocaust museum in NY when were 14 & 15. There was a old black and white photo of a child that was around the same age as us, and it looked exactly like my brother and I. We both looked like we were twins. Some older gentlemen pointed it out and then we stood next to the photo on the wall. People started gathering around us and looked shocked. This was back in 2009 I was hopping to come across the photo in the video.

I was in 8th grade when I went to this museum… I was born and raised a Jehovah’s Witness and seeing all the stuff about how Witnesses were treated, and seeing the artifacts, and stories about what Jehovah’s Witnesses went through was both heartbreaking and fascinating to me… it was something that was so powerful…. Just, hit me deep in my heart so personally being able to identify with the things they went through, and if I lived during that time, I would have gone through…
Despite the fact I disassociated with Jehovah’s Witnesses 3 years ago, those stories, those sites, those exhibits still stick with me to this very day

I watched an interview with a survivor and she said I hope we’ve learnt from this , maybe we learnt something but the fact it’s still going on in other countries shows not enough was learnt and some didn’t change at all

I was here with my husband and his mom yesterday. I was sobbing at the end. It was like I could feel the weight of the victims suffering. I spent 4 hours taking so many pictures and I still find myself looking at them now.

I went here on a field trip once in 8th grade. Select few in our class went to DC from California. This was definitely chilling seeing everything up close. I want to take my kids here when they’re old enough to understand the gravity of this situation

I started crying as I was watching this. Why? I was asking myself why I was so distraught.
I have held prejudices against certain groups. Seeing these people in pain just breaks your heart. The thought came to me.
I forgot they were Jews and Muslims etc. I forgot that I was a Christian. I forgot that these barriers existed between us and I just want to rush over to help them.

The majority of Nazi members had at one point in their life been in prison for violent crimes. The others had the same personality characteristics as those of violent prisoners in US Maximum Security Prisons.
This video serves as an example of why individuals who commit violent crimes need to be held accountable and placed in prison. I am against inhumane conditions and treatment of violent prisoners but they should not be allowed to be a part of a peaceful society

MARTY ; MY HAT IS OFF TO YOU FOR A MOST INFORMATIVE VIDEO ON THE SUBJECT . MAKES ME TO REALIZE AS LONG AS THERE IS A DEVIL , MANKIND IS GOING TO SIN AND MAY BE THAT WE WILL BRING JEHOVAH'S WRATH ON US . I LOVE THE LORD AND HIS PEOPLE ISRAEL AND SO DOES EVERY GOOD CHRISTIAN IN AMERICA . I BELIEVE AS DID APOSTLE PAUL IN THE BOOK OF ROMANS 11:26------“And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:” MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR PEOPLE FOREVER !!!!!!!!!!!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ernest E.
