Skill, could you make a video like this but with your top 3 favorite tanks in terms of fun factor? It doesn't have to be limited to any tier, just the top 3 most fun tanks in the game, in your opinion?
Yeah haven't you noticed already WG is nerfing everything what is older and fun to play? do you wanna see more ''rebalance'' from the wg in order to make players grind other fun tanks... That at the end they will nerf as soon a new ''fun'' tank line/branch come out...
Back when I played WOT, the T95 and Tortoise were two of my favorite vehicles, because they fit my simpleton play style perfectly. Push W. Shoot enemies. Profit. You call it beginner friendly, but I was not a beginner. I guess idiot friendly is accurate as well. 😂
There should be 2 honorable mentions: t30 (great flexibility due to fully rotatable, tough turret) and chinese wz - nice armor and THE GUN, this tank has no chill
Skieeeel - not only you love making those top3s but I bet many people will learn much from you. I wish I had a source of good info when I started playing WoT. I would certainly avoid going on some lines early in the noob stage ;D
The Italian TD's have a significant quality of life over the 95 and tortoise in that it's fairly fast. You can forge to the front but you can also relocate quickly. I had many games where I killed everything in front of me with the Tort and spent 2 minutes chugging across the map while the rest of the tanks were mopped up. Love that tank but boy is she slow... =)
thx @Skill4ltu for the warning on loosing hair while playing italian t9 td. I still enjoy a full hair even if it starts to show some grey in the corners. but i guess this from my age and not from playing Skoda T40 (t6 premium) - but one can never be sure.
As a top tier yes but it's not so simple to play against the tier 10 heavies. I got 2nd mark and my max is 93, but honestly I don't think I'll ever reach that again. It's not a simple tank.

SKIIILLLL you lovely baboon you :) Am not a triangle lover but so agree with your choices ! Tortise has my damage record and kept the T95(slow but fun) and right now am grinding thru CC 1 mk2 and its great TD cuz you can play like a heavy as long as you watch your flanks(slow to turn).

I won’t recommend Tortoise for beginners because the whole line sucks even badger. Don’t forget people just spam gold at you, at high tier gold spam is just way too common.
DO not get suckered into the Waffle...the RNG I have with this thing makes me cry every time. I tried the aiming circle mod, changed the set up for improved aiming, almost everything and I still cry with this thing. Gun is more trollish that the Skorpion G. To me anyways...
Tortoise armor works on some accounts but not on others. On mine it is a pin cushion that gets penned all over the front by tier 8s shooting standard ammo. So if you have a good account that has great rng consistently the Tortoise is ok but if you get bad rng consistently the tank sucks.
Can you do a beginner friendly tech tree line? Because I know you recommended the IS-4 in the beginner friendly tier 10 Heavies but the kv-3 has been a nightmare to play and I think it would be nice to talk about tech trees as a whole from like tier 6+
That is difficult to enumerate - a great deal of it depends on your preferred playstyle. Bruiser? Go heavy or casemate TDs Rogue? Go high camo lights, fast & accurate mediums, and high camo TDs Sniper? Go accurate TDs/mediums and arty. Knife fighter? Go high DPM lights or mediums. Your experience with tech three progress does not simply come down to the fewest XP points, it comes down to playstyle, meta tanks (that changes every 3-6 months), and the line itself. Some are more forgiving than others, such as the aforementioned IS-4 which is only 'mediocre' at tier 10.
Most of the lines, if not all, have stinkers in them that make you want to burn blueprints and free xp to skip them. One of the easiest lines to get to T10 (and the T10 itself) is bobject but the T8 is utter crap. It's the only true stinker in the line. T6 is great, T7 is a monster, T9 would have probably made it in the video if not for the italian TDs and T10 is bobject...
@@CleavingRay the su100M1 is an absolute banger of a tank. sooo many people understimate the armor + dpm capability of it and just push it without thinking, but as soon as ur lower plate is hidden you can even stand ur ground against tier 8s if the dont spam gold :)

Tortoise with rammer, bonus slot hardening and the new bounty turbo/rotation equip is just blaytiful.

Skill, T95 is the best T9 TD to begin with, but outside of the T9 there are SU100M1 or AT8 that could be even better to learn
