@@Slicks16 Glad to hear it! Just make sure your solder job isn't even remotely touching each other. This could fry your FCU. That said, the electrical tape trick is going to be a huge help in making sure your wires aren't prone to ripping off again.
For anyone wondering, just trying to hold it down onto the previous solder is not the way to go (the way it looks to be done in the video) , the previous solder can be heated, so just push it through the fcu and clip the access wires hanging out (this is how i fixed mine)
The holes in the FCU were already exposed so I was able to thread the wires through the hole and secure it through the front with solder & a little flux. But if there aren't any holes when your wires come out then definitely heat the existing solder job and use a solder vacuum/suction to expose the hole in the circuit board.
