I am happy that BTS is under HYBE. Their company has always treated BTS very well . They had complete creative freedom over their music. They were free to express their opinions and thoughts. Bang PDnim treated them like his own sons.

Slave contracts have been banned now. Also, some restrictions are reduced once the idols debut. Earlier things were worse, but now they are getting better. But the big 3 companies, SM, YG, JYP , still treat their idols like machines and micromanage every aspect of theirs, especially SM. There are some good companies also like HYBE(BTS's label), Pnation, KQ etc.

I really don't like the fact that he had used Jjong as his thumbnail, people forget that he was a singer with one of the strongest vocals of all time. He was stand up comedian. Some new fans just see him as a famous star who took his own life cause of depression, I just want people to remember him with only good memories, it's okay to cry sometimes remembering him. The training period depends from each individual. Some get trained only for few months to some for 11-12 years. Also the living conditions matters. During their rookie time they are not provided with so high living standards slowly when the groups makes and earns they get the situation better for eg take TXT. When the debuted they didn't had individual room but now they have it. It depends from agency to agency . Also some agency pay them a lot for ege BIGHIT MUSIC label(HYBE) and YG. Some k-pop idol even have the black card so it's not that all are paid less. As I said before it depends and they need to do a lot of hardwork .

I'm a BTS fan but I personally think that some of the "Toxic stans" are really annoying. If their Bias is dating someone then what's the point of being upset and crying for this? Those rules of dating someone in kpop were allowed in the past but cuz of these 14 yr old fans behaviors on the internet... it became a rule for idols to not to be in a relationship with anyone.

Talking about plastic surgery, it is a common practice in every country's entertainment industry. Just the difference is Koreans are more open about it. Even many American actors, actresses, singers etc go through major/minor changes. It's just that they hide it.
Plastic surgery is more common in korea, and they care too much about theirs looks. You need to defend them.
Korea is just not open about plastic surgery, but obsessed too. Even normal employees who aren't related to the entertainment industry go through minor facial surgeries because looks matters a lot when it comes to employment in SK. That's hella unhealthy although it's true some people act like as if Korean stars are the only ones who knows what's the concept of plastic surgery is and other industry artists are absolutely natural like tulsi leaves which is very annoying again.

The sad reality is that it's extremely hard to give audition for a trainee and by chance you become a trainee it's not always everyone will be good to you and you will be selected in a good company and anyways it can take months or years to be trained and it's not compulsory that you will become a k-pop idol after that kuch training and if you become a k-pop idol then also success is not guaranteed many kpop idols struggle financially after they get disband cause everyone is not as lucky as BTS and Blackpink but you also get many people who loves you as well as haters if you're in a group you're ranked as per many things but if you get only person who truly loves you in a crowd of haters it still makes you feel yes someone is there anyways it's my dream but idk if I can become one or not the most difficult thing is for me that I'm an Indian ty for reading and if you believe in words what I write pls like so I can get idea how many of you think the same

Actually each kpop companies have different and its not important to do training from 10 years you can join at any age but you should relate korean beauty standards.
One of the core reasons why BTS is the most successful group because their chairman Bang PD was a very considerate and lenient person and he didn't strictly groom them abd gave them the liberty to behave and be natural on cam. Huge respect and lesson that idols shouldn't be treated as dolls and let them take their own decisions 'cause they ain't dumb.
All the chairmen and managers should look up to Bang PD and learn from him, ik others try to make their artists perfect but as we can see giving them liberty only brings more success!
