- In this video, Mariana demonstrates a quick 10-minute SUP Yoga sequence for beginners which is perfect to practice after standup paddleboarding.
SUP is a great total-body workout because you exercise every major muscle group: back and arms for movement and legs, core and glutes for stabilization. That combined with Yoga can have amazing results on your body as well as on your mind. Being on the water surrounded by nature is a great way to achieve a tranquil mental state.
This flow can also be practised at home on the yoga mat. Hope you enjoy it!
