  • Marriage isn't easy, but it is one of our greatest blessings from our Heavenly Father! In this episode, we talk about some of our regrets over the past 23 years and how we would do it differently if we could. However, we are thankful that Christ pulled us out of the miery clay and set our feet on the Solid Rock!

It's interesting how almost every family around the world faces the same problems (money, relatives, immaturity...). It's nice to talk about this. Good job!

Thank you for this video, I appreciate you saying that we plant and we water but God gives the increase. And that we can't pull people but we have to lead them. As this is something I have been personally struggling with, if you could please pray for me, to be more courageous in planting and watering, I would greatly appreciate. Thank you and God bless.

We appreciate your encouraging comment. We will be praying for you and that the Holy Spirit will give you courage and the words to speak.
      1Corinthians 3:6-9
6 I have planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase.
7 So then, neither is he that planteth anything, neither he that watereth, but God that giveth the increase.
8 And he that planteth, and he that watereth, are one, and every man shall receive his wages, according to his labor.
9 For we together are God’s laborers: ye are God's husbandry and God's building.

Isn't it amazing how God turns our severe tests into our testimonies and the very things we can use to encourage others who are walking through what we have gone through in the past? Thank you for sharing your hearts and testimony! May the Lord continue to bless you both!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I have learned marriage the same way as you, my dear brother and sister in the Lord Yeshua, and learned to trust the Lord my God in everything. 💯🙏💯

Thank you for sharing! Advice from the previous generation is so valuable, and so we appreciate y’all sharing this! Brother David, I especially liked when you said you didn’t want to be a stagnant “Christian”.

We appreciate that, Ben. We are hopeful that it will help those who are in the trenches, or may be facing the same type of situations, to be able to avoid the pitfalls and snares that are placed along the pathway during their journey home. May we never be stagnant in our faith, but always be contending for it, and walking in truth that comes from His Word. God bless you, Brother.

Struggling to stay strong in those convictions…I can relate so much to that cuz I was also the first in the marriage to come to Christ and what a circus that was lol But all worth it. I remember us both apologizing to each other for like a week straight for all the stuff we put each other through before we found Christ. Forgiveness, cuz we were both fallen 💞 It is very confusing yes when other Christian’s say “oh it’s ok to do this and that”. But I can’t shake those convictions.
I hope and pray you both grow stronger and that I stay strong in my convictions as well. God bless you and your family.

May you and your marriage continue to grow in the Lord as He guides and directs your path. I praise Him for what He did in your marriage. Standing steadfast in the Lord with the convictions He gives, especially when no one else is with you, is difficult, but praise God, He is our strength and our help and will uphold us with his right hand. (Isaiah 41:10).
